It's nearly the end of the summer festival season, which means that it's nearly the end of summer, which means it's sweater weather in 34 days (not like we're counting or anything). We can't wait!

Went to a festival this summer that was so unforgettable that you've got those memories on replay? Yeah, same here.

We know that summer festival memories are unforgettable because it was a (short) escape from reality and stress, celebrating music in the company of love and friendships. Imagine being able to live the festival life for the rest of your life - would you do it?

We know that your post-festival wounds are deep at the moment, which is why we want to help soothe them with some useful tips.

SLEEP

Nothing a good, long and restful sleep can't fix. You probably slept for over 12 hours the day after the end of the festival, but we believe in quality sleep not quantity. Want to read more on this topic? We've covered it here.

Your body went through a lot of walking, dancing and staying up late. It's amazing how we're able to do these things in certain places. So, you need a much-needed break from everything and that's where we come into the picture. We've not only got tea for your pre-festival mood but also post - intrigued? Keep reading.

Our CAFF-FREE range is great to help you relax and unlock your inner zen because quite frankly, zen left the room the day before the festival. Let's welcome it back by sitting back and sipping on some Down Time after dinner, then Sleep Breezy just before bed. We don't do additives because we're all-natural baby and that's the T!

This should get you back into it and also help you sleep like a log!

EXERCISE

Going into a new or returning to an existing routine before this mini-break will help your body and mind go back to your normal state. Not everyone will have one but getting back into doing what you 'normally do' before work, after work or during the weekends will give you that kick back into reality (we know, it sucks). Hey - It's got to be done.

Why not follow a new routine? Or go to a new class? You never know, you may end up loving it after. Our Fully Charged range is perfect to give you that natural caffeine boost needed.

Get your workout gear on, have a cup of You're Golden Spicy Orange & Ginger Tea and you're all set!

GET CHATTING

The highs of the festival might be over, but keep those exciting memories alive by talking to your friends about it. By surrounding yourself with people you love allows you to fill that empty void you may be feeling right now. It's important to understand that being alone and feeling blue only breeds negative emotions - we really don't want that, only positive vibes!

Invite friends over, Chill Out and brew some Just Dessert black tea. So, take those embarrassing photos and videos out and laugh the day away. This in itself is food for your soul!

It's always exciting to plan an adventure and why not start looking for your next one? It might be early, but you know what they say... The early bird, gets the early bird tickets - right? (especially for Glastonbury Festival)

This way, you're able to take time and create a list of your favourites and discuss amongst your pals to agree. It's a relaxing process when you've allowed yourself and friends plenty of time. Post-festival blues? Oh, it left the conversation hours ago.

Trying, starting and making new adventures (of any kind) will surely help to cure those post-festival blues and having a tea that actually caters to your lifestyle is another plus!
