What delivery options do you offer in the UK?

FREE DELIVERY - Standard delivery is free for orders over £14. Next Working Day delivery is free for orders over £30.

We offer two shipping speeds for the UK orders:

1. Standard (2-5 working days) - we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days from the date it was despatched and it is free for orders over £14. For smaller orders, we will add a small delivery fee of £2.99.

2. Next Working Day (when ordered by 2pm) - we aim to deliver the next working day for orders placed before 2pm for £3.99. All other orders are shipped out the next working day. 

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail and don’t require a signature.

What if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

Don’t stress - OFFBLAK boxes are designed to fit right through your letterbox. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail and don’t require a signature. Please note, not all letterboxes meet these requirements. Some older houses can often have unusual dimensions and our box may not fit through.

If for whatever reason we cannot deliver straight through your letterbox, the postman will leave your tea with a neighbour or in a safe place. You will receive a card with instructions as to where to find it - kind of like a tea hunt!

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we we ship worldwide!
Costs of the international shipment will depend on the weight of your order:

- 0 - 500g for £15

- 500g - 2 kg for £20

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for service! We aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and to the rest of the world within 5-7 working days.

Some countries have import taxes, which we, unfortunately, can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. All international conversion rates are the responsibility of the customer. All orders will be processed in GBP.

I live in an apartment, can you deliver to me?

Nothing should come in the way of you and your tea. We have specifically designed our packaging to fit right through the letterbox, so you should get it even if you are not at home! All orders are delivered via Royal Mail and don’t require a signature.

Orders

When can I expect my order?

What are the available payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and express checkout options such as Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

What if my order is missing, damaged or incorrect?

While this is rare, mistakes happen. Try the following steps.

Missing Order

If you cannot seem to find your order and you have received confirmation that it has been delivered, then:

1. Check around the building in case it has been left in a safe place.
2. Ask your neighbours if they retrieved the package on your behalf.
3. Contact your local post office to find out more information about the delivery of the package.

If you are missing items from your order, then:

1. Your order maybe delivered in multiple packages and the other package will arrive soon.
2. It could be that you put in two separate orders. In this case, the other will arrive soon.
3. We forgot to put it in - silly us!

If you did not receive your orders within 5 working days, shoot us a line at hi@offblak.com and we will help you.

Damaged Order

If part or all of your order has been damaged on its journey to you, then contact us at hi@offblak.com with the following:

1. Photos of the damage
2. Any other relevant information

We will review the issue with our fulfilment team and help you accordingly.

Incorrect Order

If you have received something that you have not ordered, or if there are any other issues, then please email your feedback to hi@offblak.com and we will get this sorted for you. Make sure to include any relevant photos!

Can I send a gift to my friends?

While we are currently not offering gifts, you can send any products as a gift to your friends! All you have to do is select the products you wish to send them and enter their delivery address at checkout!

What is your Return Policy?

We love our tea, and we think you will too. If you find that you're unhappy and want to return the order, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. In the interest of hygiene and consumer safety, we can only accept products that are in its original saleable condition, not opened, damaged or consumed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept “change of mind” returns or exchange on sale items. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

Please note that we do not cover return postage and packaging costs. If your original purchase came with free delivery or you have paid for a postage and you would like a refund and the goods are not faulty, we will deduct a £3.99 delivery/admin charge from your refund to cover the initial free delivery of your product.

We do advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure, trackable and reputable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is your Refund Policy?

While we are sure you will love our products, we respect that you could be unhappy with it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the same method of payment as the original purchase, within 5-7 working days. Please note it may take your bank an additional few days to process the refund to your credit card.

I would like to cancel or change my order, is this possible?

Yes, we will love you unconditionally. If you require to make changes to your order or cancel it we will endeavour to do so where possible, but we can't guarantee it. You can cancel your purchase within 15-minutes of placing your order by logging into your account and hitting the 'cancel order' button. After the 15-minute window, we're unfortunately unable to cancel your order will be locked into our warehouse system preparing to dispatch. 

If you don't have an OFFBLAK account, we're unable to cancel your order prior to dispatch. This does not affect statutory rights. After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process.

Free Tea

Where do you deliver Tea Samples?

We understand this can be frustrating when you want to enjoy amazing tea. Right now we only deliver Tea Samples to the UK, but we hope to be able to ship to more countries soon.

Are the Tea Samples free?

Yes, your first Tea Sample is FREE. You only need to cover a small delivery fee of £1.49 which covers packing and postage costs.

All subsequent Tea Samples will cost £1.99. If you want a sample for your friends, let them order it HERE as the first Tea Sample is FREE for anyone.

Where can I find nutritional information?

Nutritional information can be found under the “Ingredients & Nutritional information” tab on each of our product detail pages.

How much caffeine is in your tea?

Here at OFFBLAK we pride ourselves in being one of the few tea companies that have caffeine levels listed across our products.

Brewing time will change the level of caffeine in your tea, so as long as you stick to our brewing instructions, you will have your preferred level of caffeine!

Do your teas expire?

You can put your mind at ease, because … OFFBLAK teas live for up to two years, keeping their amazing taste and freshness throughout. Please check for the best before end (‘BBE’) date on the side of the pack. So many things could happen in two years, but your comforting OFFBLAK will be with you through it all.

Is your packaging recyclable?

At OFFBLAK we take responsibilitea ;). Therefore, we aim, wherever possible, to use recyclable packaging. We have three levels of packaging. The box which contains the tea packs, the actual tea packs that hold the sachets, and then the sachets that hold the individual pyramid tea bags.

Both our outer box and tea packs are made from a sustainably sourced carton and are fully recyclable and FSC certified.

We want to deliver you with the best taste, freshness and shelf-life of our teas. So for this reason, we cannot use paper sachets, which allows for oxygen to easily pass through to the tea bag and ruin the quality over the short period of time. We use aluminium foil which has the best preservation power for these factors.

Do your bags contain plastic?

Our packaging is recyclable, but we use some plastic in our pyramid tea bags to make them strong enough and convenient to use. We are working with our partners and suppliers to find an eco-friendly packaging solution that supports the environment and our consumers' needs. To provide you with the best experience, we don't compromise on flavour or quality.

Are your ingredients and teas organic or fairtrade?

With our teas we focus on delivering the highest quality and the best taste directly to you, our consumers. We work with suppliers that have strong ethics and methods of growing teas. However, not all of them are organic or Fairtrade certified. We ensure, however, that all of our teas contain no artificial flavourings or colours. Put your mind at ease with the fact that our ingredients are natural! We also choose to pay a premium price for the highest quality whole leaf teas and the finest ingredients to ensure uncompromised product quality and exquisite taste.

Do your ingredients contain artificial flavours?

No, they do not. We prefer our whole tea leaves, fruit and herbs as natural as they come!

I am vegan, are your products suitable for me?

Calling all vegetarians and vegans! Our products are free from animal products or ingredients derived from animals. Sip your tea! We know this is important to you, so we are also working on getting certified!

Is your tea diet-friendly?

OFFBLAK is a tea that fits right into your healthy lifestyle, making it trendier. Whatever your nutrition habits or fitness goals, we aim to make your life tastier with our natural and nearly zero calorie tea.

Where does your tea originate from?

To ensure our teas feature the finest ingredients, we source these from over 14 countries around the world. Depending on where we find the best quality and taste, it can, however, change from season to season.

What makes your tea so good compared to other teas?

Our R&D team has gone through a year of experimenting with whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits to provide the tastiest flavours and the best ingredients! What’s more, we took our teas to the test near the Old Street in East London, 100% of our teas were either at par or beat competition! So we are quite confident, you will love our tea too.
