We are still open online and taking orders, although some orders are taking a bit longer to get delivered by our external delivery partners.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive, although most should be delivered before this time.
We are not offering Next Day delivery at this time.

• £3.95 for smaller orders

• all deliveries are made Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
• Standard and Tracked orders are delivered by Royal Mail or courier services and don’t require a signature.

International Delivery

Costs of the international shipment depend on the weight of your order:

• £15 for under 500g
• £20 for over 500g

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for service! We aim to deliver to Europe within 3-10 working days and to the rest of the world within 5-15 working days.

Some countries have import taxes, which we, unfortunately, can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. All international conversion rates are the responsibility of the customer. All orders will be processed in GBP.

Delivery FAQ

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE Standard delivery on all Tea Plan Subscription orders of over 3 products.

We also offer FREE Tracked delivery on all other UK orders over £25.

What if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

Don’t stress - OFFBLAK boxes are designed to fit right through most letterboxes. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail and don’t require a signature. Please note, not all letterboxes meet these requirements. Some older houses can often have unusual dimensions and our box may not fit through.

If for whatever reason we cannot deliver straight through your letterbox, the postman will leave your tea with a neighbour or in a safe place. You will receive a card with instructions as to where to find it - kind of like a tea hunt!

What is your Return Policy?

We love our tea, and we think you will too. If you find that you're unhappy and want to return the order, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. In the interest of hygiene and consumer safety, we can only accept products that are in its original saleable condition, not opened, damaged or consumed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept “change of mind” returns or exchange on sale items. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

Please note that we do not cover return postage and packaging costs. If your original purchase came with free delivery or you have paid for a postage and you would like a refund and the goods are not faulty, we will deduct a £3.99 delivery/admin charge from your refund to cover the initial free delivery of your product.

We do advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure, trackable and reputable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
