If you find that you're unhappy and want to return the order, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. In the interest of hygiene and consumer safety, we can only accept products that are in its original saleable condition, not opened, damaged or consumed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
We are unable to accept “change of mind” returns or exchange on sale items. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
Please note that we do not cover return postage and packaging costs. If your original purchase came with free delivery or you have paid for a postage and you would like a refund and the goods are not faulty, we will deduct a £3.99 delivery/admin charge from your refund to cover the initial free delivery of your product.
We do advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure, trackable and reputable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
