My Order

When can I expect my order (COVID-19 UPDATED)?

Some orders are taking a bit longer to deliver by our third party delivery partners. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive, although most should be delivered before this time.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as we can:
1. Standard - within 3-10 working days of the shipping date.
2. Tracked - within 2-7 working days of the shipping date.
3. Next Working Day - We are not offering Next Day delivery at this time.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
We'll email once your order ships out.

International delivery time depends on the destination.

How do I access my account?

Whether you are a one-off buyer or subscriber, an account will NOT automatically be created when you checkout, due to GDPR. 
You must create your own account, which will automatically sync with your order history, rewards etc, if any.

What are the available payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and express checkout options such as Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

What if my order is missing, damaged or incorrect?

While this is rare, mistakes happen. Try the following steps.

Missing Order

If you cannot seem to find your order and you have received confirmation that it has been delivered, then:

1. Check around the building in case it has been left in a safe place.
2. Ask your neighbours if they retrieved the package on your behalf.
3. Contact your local post office to find out more information about the delivery of the package.

If you are missing items from your order, then:

1. Your order maybe delivered in multiple packages and the other package will arrive soon.
2. It could be that you put in two separate orders. In this case, the other will arrive soon.
3. We forgot to put it in - silly us!

If you did not receive your orders within 5 working days, shoot us a line at hi@offblak.com and we will help you.

Damaged Order

If part or all of your order has been damaged on its journey to you, then contact us at hi@offblak.com with the following:

1. Photos of the damage
2. Any other relevant information

We will review the issue with our fulfilment team and help you accordingly.

Incorrect Order

If you have received something that you have not ordered, or if there are any other issues, then please email your feedback to hi@offblak.comand we will get this sorted for you. Make sure to include any relevant photos!

What if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

Don’t stress - OFFBLAK boxes are designed to fit right through your letterbox. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail and don’t require a signature. Please note, not all letterboxes meet these requirements. Some older houses can often have unusual dimensions and our box may not fit through.

If for whatever reason we cannot deliver straight through your letterbox, the postman will leave your tea with a neighbour or in a safe place. You will receive a card with instructions as to where to find it - kind of like a tea hunt!

Do you offer discounts?

We share offers with our customers throughout the year. Join the movements and please sign-up to our mailing list to be the first to know.

Can I send a gift to my friends?

While we are currently not offering gifts, you can send any products as a gift to your friends! All you have to do is select the products you wish to send them and enter their delivery address at checkout!

What is your Return Policy?

We love our tea, and we think you will too. If you find that you're unhappy and want to return the order, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the admin charge. In the interest of hygiene and consumer safety, we can only accept products that are in its original saleable condition, not opened, damaged or consumed. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept “change of mind” returns or exchange on sale items. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

Please note that we do not cover return postage and packaging costs. If your original purchase came with free delivery or you have paid for a postage and you would like a refund and the goods are not faulty, we will deduct a £3.99 admin charge to process the return.

We do advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure, trackable and reputable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is your Refund Policy?

While we are sure you will love our products, we respect that you could be unhappy with it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note we will deduct a £3.99 admin charge to process the return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the same method of payment as the original purchase, within 5-7 working days. In some cases it may take your bank an additional few days to process the refund to your credit card.

I would like to cancel or change my order, is this possible?

Yes, we will love you unconditionally. If you require to make changes to your order or cancel it we will endeavour to do so where possible, but we can't guarantee it. You can cancel your purchase within 15-minutes of placing your order by logging into your account and hitting the 'cancel order' button. After the 15-minute window, we're unfortunately unable to cancel your order will be locked into our warehouse system preparing to dispatch. 

If you don't have an OFFBLAK account, we're unable to cancel your order prior to dispatch. This does not affect statutory rights. After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process.

- Click TEA PLANS in the top left of our homepage
- Choose your frequency and add a cup to your first order
- Go to your basket & checkout
- Fill out your Customer Information and add your discount code if you have one!
- Don't forget to activate your account when the email comes through so you can manage your subscription!

Click Swap on the product you wish to change
Search for or click on the new product you want to receive
Click Swap Product

Log into your Customer Portal
Go to Subscriptions
Click Edit
Click Change Product Quantity
Write the new quantity
Click Save

Click Change Delivery Schedule
Choose the new Delivery Frequency in Weeks
Click Save

Choose your new date from the dropdown calendar

Click CANCEL for each product / bundle you wish to UNSUBSCRIBE to
Click the reason for your cancellation from the options
