Make It Caff Free, Even A Queen Needs Her Beauty Sleep
Festivals can be so tiring, that is why we want you to start the way in which you wish to end - thriving, not surviving! The week before your festival, you will need to start getting 8 hours of sleep every night, so you can satisfy your body with rest (and store some extra energy for later). Try to have 1 cup of Sleep Breezy a couple of hours before bed to help you fall asleep really quickly. If you are too busy to manage 8 hours of sleep a night, we recommend you read ‘How to: Sleep Smarter, Not Longer’.
Pro tip: to encourage your body to get more restful sleep, play some white noise, turn on your diffuser, or simply start sleeping with an eye mask! Trust.
A Glow For The Gods, Please
Festivals are a time to get super-creative with your makeup! However, you need to prep your skin to have a good base. Time for some It's All Peachy. If you find it hard letting yourself go, try taking an hour a day for yourself with a cup of Sweet Bliss and encourage yourself to just let go. Let your thoughts immerse you, play a game, dance to some music. Understand how your body and mind enjoy unwinding and you will be sure to enjoy it.
