In celebration of Wimbledon, we wanted to show you how to get down and dirty with Offblak tea - we present to you five ways to boozy up your tea this summer! Read on to find out our recipes.

CAUTION: these recipes have been modified to include Offblak tea in them. In theory, they should work perfectly, however, they have not been tried and tested! If you have any adaptations, feel free to leave it in the comment section below.

1|POOLSIDE VIBES

 

Grab some It’s All Peachy Iced tea and let’s get spiking! By the end of this, you will feel like you are doing much more than getting some sun on the float.

Ingredients (makes 1)

  • 170 ml It’s All Peachy brewed tea
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 40 ml of vodka
  • Carbonated water to top it off
  • A few raspberries and sliced peach wedges

Instructions

  1. Fill the kettle with 150 ml hot water and place 1 It’s All Peachy tea bag into a mug.
  2. Fill the mug with boiling water and allow it to brew for 3 minutes. After this, put some ice cubes as it takes to cool the tea right down.
  3. In a separate long glass with ice, place the shot of vodka, tea and throw in some raspberries and sliced peaches.
  4. Top it off with carbonated water, stir and drink up!

2|HONEY I’M HOME

 

Time to feel breezy with an iced tea that will make you feel like you are sitting in an outdoor jacuzzi, yas!

Ingredients (makes 1)

  • Sleep Breezy tea bags
  • A handful of Ice cubes
  • 60 ml gin
  • 120 ml  honey
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • Some flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put 120 ml water into your kettle and place your tea bags into a mug
  2. After brewing the bags for 5 minutes, squeeze them out and remove them.
  3. Add honey to the mug and stir it until it dissolves.
  4. Let the chamomile-honey syrup cool to room temp. You only need to use 30 ml of this for the cocktail.
  5. Grab a cocktail shaker filled with ice and inside, combine the gin, syrup, and lemon juice. Shake it up!
  6. Strain this into a martini glass and top with flowers for deco!

3|SPIKE IT UP

 

Let this dreamy cocktail take you from whiskey to frisky!

Ingredients (makes 1)

  • 160 ml vanilla almond milk
  • 80 ml
  • Spice It Up brewed tea
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 40 ml maple whiskey
  • Cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 bag of tea in a mug with 70 ml of boiling water and top with ice to cool it down.
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the cooled down tea, the vanilla almond milk and maple whiskey - shake shake shake
  3. Grad a water glass and pour in your cocktail, finishing it off with a  cinnamon stick - gorgeous.

4|REGENT’S WALK IN THE PARK

 

When the going gets tough, the tough go for brunch - with champagne cocktails!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 60 ml Future Is Pink brewed tea
  • Handful of ice
  • 60 ml Champagne / Prosecco
  • Leaf gold-infused brown sugar cube
  • Rose petals
  • Orange bitters
  • Carbonated water

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 teabag of Future Is Pink tea in 50 ml of boiling water for 3 minutes and add ice cubes to cool down after
  2. In a champagne glass, add in first the sugar cube and champagne - watch the magic happen!
  3. Then top it up with some Future is Pink brew and carbonated water
  4. Finally, add rose petals and orange bitters to make it fashion!

5|AFTER EIGHT, NINE, OR TEN (MOCKTAIL)

 

Have you ever wanted the thrill of a non-boozy cocktail? No worries! Try out this boogie mocktail - you are going to want to save it for dessert (if you know what we mean).

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 150 ml Just Dessert brewed tea
  • A piece of dark chocolate to shave
  • A sprig with mint leaves
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • A splash of chocolate soy milk

Instructions

  1. Brew your tea in boiling water and cool off with ice
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice in it, add the tea and soy milk - let’s get shaking!
  3. Grab a long glass, and add your long sprig of mint. Spill in the cocktail and shave your dark chocolate piece with a grater, directly on top - Dessert Time!
