Self-confidence is a big topic and not everyone will agree that there's a 'right' way, but that's exactly our point. There will never be a generic 'right way' to feeling confident, it's each to their own.

One technique we think bumps our confidence level, just that little bit is by creating 'I love me' list. This is where you write down one thing you love about yourself every day and recite them out loud. It's a great way of acknowledging yourself, whilst enabling you to accept and grow as a person.

"I love being truthful", "I love that I have freckles", "I love me because I'm smart" are many examples of what your list could say. Just remember, the list should be endless and you'll see your journey of self-love grow stronger and radiate from within.

Take a moment every day to contemplate and meditate. It's a great way for you to be open and communicate with your inner-self. Like we say, that we strive to create a clear, no BS approach to a healthy lifestyle, you need to create this rapport with your inner-self. Practice makes perfect, so don't worry.

It's essential to love our bodies and celebrate our differences. It's also important to protect our bodies, meaning we may not all have that super high protein and fibre diet, but it's important to know what we're putting into our bodies because at the end of the day it could affect our body positively or negatively.

Do you have a routine of switching that 'Do Not Disturb' button on? Do you do it before you sleep? or during dinner? If you don't, both are great moments to switch off and just enjoy the present. Being one with yourself and switching off from the digital world, can help you learn different things about yourself that maybe you didn't know. Being comfortable with yourself and having self-confidence is sexy and don't let anyone tell you differently!
