Age of Jasmine
Ingredients
50ml ‘Squeeze Me’ Orange & Jasmine Green Tea
25ml Gin/Alt-Gin
25ml Cointreau
25ml Lemon Juice
Prosecco
Sprig of Jasmine
Method
Combine the gin, tea, Cointreau and lemon juice in an ice filled shaker and shake
Strain into a coupette glass
Top up with Prosecco
Garnish with a sprig of Jasmine and Orange Zest
Tea Bellini
Ingredients
50ml ‘It’s All Peachy’ Raspberry & Peach Tea
4-6 Basil leaves
1 teaspoon of sugar
Prosecco/Noughty
Method
Put the tea, sugar and basil in a shaker and muddle
Add ice and shake
Strain into a flute glass and top up with Noughty (or Prosecco if you prefer)
Garnish with a basil leaf
Masala Chai Manhattan
Ingredients
50ml ‘Spice It Up’ Masala Chai Tea
25ml Bourbon/Rye
25ml Sweet Venmouth
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Stir over ice and strain into chilled Martini Glass
Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
Nicolas Cage
Ingredients
50ml ‘Wild At Heart’ Strawberry & Pink Pepper Tea
25 ml Gin-ish
1 teaspoon Strawberry jam
25ml Lime Juice
Soda
Method
Combine the tea, gin-ish, lime juice and jam in an ice filled shaker and shake
Strain into an ice filled hi ball glass
Top up with Soda
Garnish with a lime wheel
Forest Fix
Ingredients
75ml ‘Brighten Up’ Forest Fruits & Ginger tea
50ml Bourbon
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Cointreau
Method
Combine the ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass
Garnish with a blackberry.
