What is health?


At The Healthy Living Store we believe health lies within everything that we do. 

Is there one singular meaning? Absolutely not. 

Are there general principles that enable you to live a healthier life? Absolutely.


The balance of health is encompassed through our 4 Pillars of Health: 


Eat | Move | Mind | Sleep


There are 3 key principles (all in no particular order) for each pillar which cover the basis of wellbeing:


Eat

Our 4 Pillars of Health provide the foundations of what one must consider when seeking a healthy lifestyle. Within each pillar everyone embarks upon their own health journey that is completely unique to them. The Healthy Living Store provides all the resources you need to build on these 4 pillars on your own unique journey.


Health is wholesome, holistic, organic, beautiful! But it is certainly not singular.
